WithGenies ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of Startup Miracle operated by Lalify Ops LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website at withgenies.com, customer portals at *.withgenies.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information. Name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information when you register or purchase a plan.
  • Customer Data. Business contact lists, sales data, addresses, and transaction history that you upload via CSV for portfolio analysis.
  • Company Information. Industry, headquarters address, warehouse locations, sales team details, and vendor API keys you configure in Settings.
  • Communications. Messages you send to us via email, support channels, or within the platform.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data. Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information. Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized usage data.

Information from Third-Party Services

  • Google Maps APIs. We use Google Geocoding and Places APIs to geocode addresses and discover prospects in your territory. Location data is processed server-side and cached in our database.
  • Reddit Public Data. We fetch publicly available Reddit posts for market intelligence. No Reddit account data is collected.
  • Meta Ad Library.We access publicly available advertising data from Meta's Ad Library for competitive intelligence.
  • Stripe.Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their data handling.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Process your uploaded customer data to generate portfolio analysis, geo-mapping, and AI-driven insights.
  • Discover whitespace prospects in your territory using geocoded data.
  • Generate AI-powered briefings and recommendations via Google Gemini.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send transactional emails, including account credentials, portfolio reports, and billing receipts.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) Model

When you configure vendor API keys (for example, Twilio, VoiceDrop, HeyGen, or Resend), those keys are stored encrypted in our database and used solely to execute campaigns on your behalf through your own vendor accounts. We never use your API keys for any purpose other than operating the Service for you. You may delete your keys at any time.

4. AI Processing

We use AI models, including Google Gemini, to analyze your uploaded data and generate insights, briefings, and recommendations. Your business data is sent to AI providers solely for processing your requests. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers. Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (AI processing, maps), Resend (transactional email), and Amazon Web Services (infrastructure).
  • At Your Direction. When you use BYOK integrations, your data is sent to the vendors whose API keys you provide.
  • Legal Requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or government request.
  • Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and uploaded data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials such as API keys, row-level security policies in our database, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
